Information regarding online registration, via the new website, for events and expeditions held by Carolina Outdoor Recreation.
- Students will sign up for an event online (the online form will ask for basic contact information including name, phone and email).
- If event registration is low, it is up to COR staff to determine whether or not to proceed with the event.
- An email will be sent out prior to the event (72 hours) to remind the students or inform them of event cancelations.
- The online form should include a space for students to specify what activities they’d like to participate in (e.g. rope course, zip line, canopy) as well as including a way to share the online form with friends.
- Based on the interests of the students participating in an event, the COR staff member should create an itinerary (48 hours prior to the event) that incorporates students’ interests.
- Following the event an online evaluation should be sent out via email to all participants.
